2.     Transactions may be delayed, suspended, declined, frozen, or reversed as a result of regulatory obligations, anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, or other risk-management controls applied by Borderless or its partners.

3.     Borderless Investing and BSPL make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, as to the availability, continuity, accuracy, reliability, legality, or outcome of any payment services, and hereby expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, costs, claims, liabilities, or damages arising from or connected to the use of such services.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting obligations in their jurisdiction, including without limitation those relating to taxation, foreign exchange, and cross-border remittances. Users are strongly advised to carefully review and accept the terms, conditions, and policies of Airwallex and its regulated partners before initiating any transaction.
