QBG Geojit Securities LLC (“QBGG”) has entered into business alliance with Borderless Investing Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the United States and having its registered office at 919 North market Street, Suite 950z, City of Wilmington, County of New Castle, Delaware 19801,United State of America, represented by its authorized representative Stockal Fintech Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Law, DIFC Law No.5 of 2018 in the Dubai International Financial Centre with its registered office at 208-215, Level 1, D-Zone Gate Avenue, Dubai International Financial Centre, P O Box 507211, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (collectively “Borderless Investing”).

Borderless Investing, the owner of the Stockal Platform, is not a broker-dealer nor an investment advisor. Borderless Investing through its affiliates, acting as the introducing entity has entered into a carrying and clearing agreement with Drive Wealth LLC. (Drivewealth”), to offer U.S. equities on the Stockal Platform. 

Borderless Investing has developed and operates Stockal which is a digital platform that facilitates through Partner(s), managed and/or single account access to investors who desire to invest across multiple global stock exchanges and execute trades. All transactions/ orders being placed by clients shall be executed through the executing broker Drive Wealth LLC.

DriveWealth LLC, a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (“SIPC”), will serve as the custodian for your securities account. In the event that DriveWealth LLC fails and is placed in liquidation under the Securities Investor Protection Act, securities in your brokerage account may be protected up to $500,000. The role of QBGG, under this alliance is strictly limited to being a referrer and to introduce prospective clients to Borderless Investing and thereby access the Stockal Platform and Services. Borderless Investing products/services are not domestic exchange traded products/services and hence, all disputes with respect to the distribution activity would not have access to Exchange investor redressal or arbitration mechanism. Customer(s) shall have direct recourse to DriveWealth and Borderless Investing to resolve their queries in relation to the products/ services offered on the platform.
