Security upgradation to your Account

As we treat your security and confidentiality as a priority and in order to eliminate any potential breaches in the current environment, we would like to ensure that the privacy of your Stockal account is protected. 


Consequently as a protective measure, we will be changing your account number and be taking the following steps in the next few days as part of the upgradation process:


1. A new brokerage account number will be generated on Friday, 24th November 2023.


2. New trades will be temporarily halted on the 22nd, 24th, and 27th of November 2023.


3. All existing positions (Stocks, ETFs, Stacks) and Cash will be transferred to your updated account on Monday the 27th November 2023.


4. In case you have any non-market orders as on the 22nd of November 2023, they will be cancelled, accordingly we kindly request you to reinitiate them on Monday the 27th November 2023.


5. We will notify you of your updated account number and Virtual account number by the 27th November 2023 so that the appropriate changes can be made to the coordinates in your beneficiary account  with your bank so future deposits can take place. Kindly avoid any new deposits to your account until Monday the 27th November 2023.


These steps are being taken to ensure the safety of your account.
