What are the transaction limits?
The transaction limit is $15,000,000 for a SWIFT transfer and varies from $25,000 to $15,000,000 depending upon the country of payout for a Borderless Instant transfer.
How long does a transaction take?
Generally, a Borderless Instant transfer takes around 0-1 business days and a SWIFT transfer takes around 0-3 business days. The transaction time depends on the country of payout and the transfer method that is used.
What happens if my transaction fails but my money has been debited?
If the money has been debited but the transaction fails, it will be reversed back to your account within 2 business days. Please contact customer care at help@borderless.world in case of any queries.
Can I see my card transaction history?
Yes, every online payment will appear in your app with the exact currency, amount, and date/time.
