Yes, every online payment will appear in your app with the exact currency, amount, and date/time.
Does the card support online payments/subscriptions?
Yes, the card works for e-commerce, online merchants, in-app subscriptions, travel bookings, etc. You can use the same card details for both online checkouts or pay via Apple Pay / Google Pay.
How to dispute a transaction?
You can dispute a transaction by contacting our support team and providing them with the transaction details.
Can I lock/freeze my card?
Yes, you can freeze/unfreeze your card instantly from the app. This helps if your card is misplaced or you want to temporarily prevent transactions.
Can I use the debit card for ATM withdrawals?
No. Currently, we only provide a virtual debit card.
What fees are charged for card transactions?
There are no separate card usage fees for online or contactless payments made via POS. FX markup may apply when conversion is required (only when spending from a different currency wallet than the spend currency).
What if I swipe the card in a currency that is not available as a wallet in my account?
